Opening your crown and third eye chakras allow us to express unity and find transcendence. The oils in this blend help us meditate, aid enlightenment and encourage us to reach a higher mental state.

2/ Heart Chakra

Opening the heart chakra symbolises love, compassion and peace. The oils in this blend are designed to help you not only love yourself but also those around you.

Contains: Lavender (Lavandula Officinalis), Mandarin (Citrus Nobilis), Palmarosa (Cymbopogon Martinii), Rose Geranium (Pelagonium Graveolens), Ylang Ylang (Cananga Odorata)

3/ Root Chakra

Opening the root chakra establishes the deepest connection with your physical body and the earth. The oils in this blend anchor you and make you feel at one with the world around you.

Contains: Carrot Seed (Daucus Carota), Clary Sage (Salvia Sclarea), Patchouli (Pogostemon Cablin), Vetiver (Vetiveria Zizaniodes), Thyme (Thymus Zygis)

4/ Sacral Solar Plexus Chakra

Opening the solar plexus and sacral chakras represent pleasure and ego. The oils in this blend encourage us to live our lives through sensation and self-gratification but also strengthen one's natural identity.

Contains: Cardamom (Elettaria Cardamomum), Cinnamon (Cinnamomum Zeylancium), Ginger (Zingiber Officinalis), Grapefruit (Citrus Paradisi), Lemon (Citrus Limonum)

5/ Throat Chakra

Opening your throat chakra helps you to accept originality and express your authentic voice. The oils in this blend aid us in finding truth, knowledge and the ability to help others.

Contains: Chamomile (Matricaria Chamomilla), Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus Globulus), Hyssop (Hyssopus Officinalis), Lemon (Citrus Limonum), Rosemary (Rosmarinus Officinalis)

How to use:

Add 5-7 drops (0.3 ml) to water in a vaporiser or burner. 

Add 10 drops (0.5 ml) to 15-25 ml of carrier oil for use in massage. 

Add 6-15 drops (0.1 ml) per 30g of selected Skincare Base before application. 

Add 2 - 12 drops into your bath. 

Never use pure oils on the skin without diluting, never use internally, keep away from children and eyes, always check if there are any medical issues which could cause a problem. Seek help if you have any doubts.
